Andrew Sherwood, Chairman: Andy is Chairman of Goodrich Capital and the Managing Director of Stanton Chase International, a top ten international executive search firm. Mr. Sherwood’s client base, attained over the past thirty years, includes more than four hundred of the Nation’s top five hundred companies. Mr. Sherwood has served on a number of corporate board of directors, was Chapter Chairman of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), has been an advisor to Andrew Sherwood & Robert E. Albustwo past US Presidential Administrations, and in 2004 was awarded the Ronald Reagan Freedom Medal. He received his degree with honors at Nichols College in business, where subsequently he has been a Trustee and a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Sherwood has completed graduate business study programs at Fairleigh Dickinson University and Harvard University.

Robert E. Albus, President and CEO: In addition to his M&A experience, Bob provides a financial, corporate marketing and general management background to Goodrich Capital client companies. He has worked with Private Equity firms as a senior operating executive and Board advisor for the past five years. Prior to this he was President of Premier Inc, a consumer products company he founded and sold to Advanced Polymer Systems where he became President of the Toiletry Division. Bob began his career with Johnson & Johnson, moved to CBS as Vice President of Business Development of WB Saunders for the Publishing Group, and subsequently became Marketing Director of Combe Inc. and General Manager of Combe Canada. Bob earned a BA degree from Lafayette College and MBA from Lehigh University.


Eric BalinskiEric Balinski, Managing Director: Eric has worked internationally for the past 25 years implementing value acceleration initiatives across a diverse group of companies. He is an independent thinker who tackles complex growth and profit challenges passionately, as well as innovatively. His experience encompasses a range of small/mid-cap companies to global conglomerates, working strategically with management to improve valuation. Prior to joining Goodrich Capital in 2007, he managed his own consulting firm. His clients included Verizon, Glaxco-Wellcome, Wyeth-Ayerst International, Shell Oil; Dow Chemical, IRS, Accenture, Panasonic, Xerox, Deloitte & Touche, Hewlett-Packard and small /mid-cap companies. Eric built his expertise through 20 years of leadership roles at Dow Chemical, GE, AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) and W.R. Grace. Eric was a pioneer in advanced construction, energy and sustainable technologies, leading an extensive research and marketing effort at GE, the Living Environments project. In 2003 he co-authored, Value-Based Marketing for Bottom-Line Success, published by McGraw Hill and the AMA, which featured his value acceleration framework, Form Follows Value™. Eric earned a B.S. in Business from Marquette University.


Don BringleDon Bringle, Managing Director: Don brings a wide array of experience to Goodrich Capital. Graduating from the U. S. Naval Academy in 1976, Don spent twenty-two years on active duty as a carrier aviator and Naval Officer. His tours included instructor duty at the Navy fighter Weapons School (TopGun), personal aide to Vice President George H. W. Bush, command of a deployed F-14 squadron, and four operational sea tours (nine deployments) to the Arabian Gulf, Indian Ocean and Western Pacific. After leaving the Navy, Don flew with United Airlines for just over five years when he then joined the Merrill Lynch Global Private Client Group in New York City. At Merrill Lynch, he grew his business and worked with high net-worth retail clients, corporate executives, business owners, company retirement plans, boutique investment banks, retired senior military officers and developed lasting relationships within the corporate and financial community. Don earned a Masters of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.



Thomas FitzgeraldThomas Fitzgerald , Managing Director and President, Accrete Partners:
Tom brings over twenty years of Corporate Financial experience to Goodrich Capital. He began his career at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where he spent 13 years in various senior finance roles in Chicago, New York and Brussels. In his last position Tom served as Vice President of Finance of ACNielsen International leading up to the spin-off and IPO of the business unit. Subsequently, Tom served as Director of Corporate Audit for the Engelhard Corporation responsible for global audit and risk management. Following this, Tom moved to a more entrepreneurial role as CFO of several late stage turnarounds including Home-Link Services, Inc. and BrandDirect Marketing, Inc. where he was responsible for all financial and treasury activities. Tom was co-founder of Accrete Partners, a consulting and financial advisory firm that was merged with Goodrich Capital LLC in 2006.   Mr. FitzGerald earned a BBA from Loyola University Chicago.




Daniel S. TopperDaniel S. Topper Managing Director: Dan has over twenty-five years experience in M&A, and has held Senior Level positions with MacDonald & Co., Litton Industries, and Translink International where he managed the New York office. In addition to spearheading corporate growth for the Business Equipment Group of Litton Industries, Mr. Topper has successfully consummated transactions with Sara Lee Corporation, Loctite Corporation, Campbell Soup, Sun Healthcare, Revlon, Olsten and a host of other large and mid cap companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance, a Juris Doctor in Law, and is a member of the New York Bar.




Andrew P. TothyAndrew P. Tothy, Senior Managing Director: Prior to Goodrich Capital, Andy spent most of his career as a senior corporate finance officer for three major investment-banking firms, Lazard Frères & Co., Smith Barney, Harris Upham (now Citigroup) and Wertheim & Co. (also now Citigroup). He has advised on and executed many transactions for some of the world's largest international companies in acquisition, divestiture and merger activities, as well as smaller, middle market, public and privately held businesses. Mr. Tothy is a graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the NY Society of Security Analysts, the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and the Association for Corporate Growth.




Nicolas NicklesNicholas Nickles, Controller: Nick has served as Vice President and Controller for Goodrich Capital over the past eleven years and has held a similar position for its affiliated businesses for more then twenty years. Nick began his career with Haskins & Sells, now Deloitte & Touche, where he worked for ten years as an auditor with clients in financial services, publishing and wholesale consumer products, among others. Between these two positions Nick spent five years as the Administrative Director and Controller of the Young Presidents Organization. In addition to his work with Goodrich Capital Nick is an active leader in the not-for-profit sector.
